Ebay Sales and Listing, Basic and Commissions Fee based

Hello ;

I am looking for some one to hand over our Ebay Shops manage, and increase sales.
We have great products, but we not good at sales on Ebay!
Our stainless steel men’s jewellery is very popular and I’m sure it can really increase in sales , marketed properly for instance.
So I’m looking for some one with a proven track record to achieve sales on Ebay.

The task is incentive based, so 4% on each sale you achieve, with basic $25.00 admin / month./ per shop/
BUT WE NEED TO AGREE ON A REASONABLE BASIC SALES TARGET NUMBER WHICH YOU HAVE TO ACHIEVE!


We currently have two accounts:
Janeojewels ( selling costume jewellery)
And
Neotrims ( garment accessories and trimmings)

You would look and anays how we slel at moment and give a feed back report.
We not to clever at it as we tend to concentrate on out main costume jewellery site.
But the potential is there for Ebay, and I need a total enthusiast and expert in the field who wants to earn an income from managing our listing/ stores, etc ONLY on incentive basis.. this way you give of your best, and you get good rewards at set commission..

I want to spend in total proportion to sales… as lusting fees can get totally out of hand. At the end of the day you must achieve sale, and since your income is incentive based, its really up top you.

You wil do every thing!
We will provide you with good pictures however.

We want to ideally target UK clients, as we UK based. But US is fine as well as Europe.

We wil with your advise , get store front re designed etc etc.

WHAT IS vital is I need a person who is committed, not start one month and give up.. if you want to dabble or just want to try, pls. don’t place a bid! I really ONLY want committed individuals., and with a proven track record to achieve SALES.
( you must understand keywords, blogging, marketing tools, you manage complete shop and listing, whilst keeping cost as low as possible for listing by using clever but approved EBAY techniques only.
TO avoid individuals applying short term, I will pay 50% of the commission earned on sales for each month to you after 3 months. This wil ensure a correct , committed individual for the job. This wil be a permanent set up.
Payment wil be monthly only.
