Custom awards as your motivation and PR tools
Awards are great motivators for people, because for most companies winning an award in the field of expertise is great and meaningful event. Awards express the recognition of your personal or corporate achievements, talents, skills and efforts. Awards may become not only the expression of recognition to your employees or business partners, but also the tool for you to make those people advocates of your positive brand reputation. You may choose for your award ceremony some standard size, shape and style crystal or acryl awards. However, custom awards would better express your recognition and appreciation of people’s accomplishments. Custom awards are special, for they better express your ideas and the personalities of their recipients. Together with custom awards you may use gift baskets with supplies of some great products your people to use. In order to make crystal custom awards you have develop your own award design or to make a verbal description of what you want to a designer, who will help you manage the task. Custom awards can be of different sizes, shapes and even colors. Standard size awards are 8” to 12” high. However, ordering custom awards you may change the standard size to what you want it to be.
Expressing your recognition to people through awarding them, you need to remember that your award ceremony has to match your custom awards. Custom awards better express their recipients’ personalities and your attitude towards them. Moreover, your award ceremony has to become a special event for all: for award recipients, for your company and for your target audiences. You can make your award ceremony a stand alone event or it can be a part of your annual corporate meeting. In any case, preparations for such an event can be a challenging task. However, the way you present your custom awards can greatly increase or diminish the impressions your awards make on people. Preparing of such events requires accurate planning and good management. First of all, you have to make a to-do list of things you need prepare for your award recognition event. In this list you need to include thing like location booking, catering, awards order, invitations, press and media, attendees’ lists, etc. Make sure your awards arrive couple of weeks before the ceremony. If you have a large quantity of awards to give, order several extra copies, so you would just have them in place if need be. Next, you have to make a list of your award recipients and to send them personal invitations. Ask them to invite take guests with them. Make a reservation of special seats for awards recipients and their guests. Those seats have to be situated near on upon the stage. Check your list of award recipients’ names. For, most of the times, people are sensitive about the accuracy of their name’s pronunciation. Have your announcer rehearse the list of recipients’ names before he or she goes upon the stage. With all these thorough preparations made, your efforts of preparing special design custom awards will not be spent in vain.
