Description: Hello Bidders,
For a project, I need to look at actual Strategic Plan for corporations. The Plans can be public domain or private. There are a lot of them found on Google, using keywords like Strategic Plan, Corporate Strategic Plan, Corporate Strategy etc. I need at least 5-6 Corporate plans. Normally these plans are based on the Balanced Scorecard concept.

The table of content of these plans normally consists of:

- Mission statement
- Vision
- Core Values
- Competitive Advantages
- SWOT analysis
- Organization Strategy
- Financial Strategies and objectives
- Customer strategies and objectives
- Operational Strategies and objectives
- People strategies and objectives
- Implementation strategy
- Strategic scorecard

You must have a background in Strategy and Planning - preferably in a major corporation. This is an ideal project for an analyst in the corporate planning dept. I would like to get a good mix of strategic plans geographically, meaning from US, Europe and Asia and not all from one area.

I need these urgently so will select a provider before the bid finishing time. The plans can be in MSWord or PDF format. Any additional plans or information will also be welcome. This project does require you to think and analyze a bit to make sure that these are corporate strategic plans, rather than simply search google and find documents.

I wanted to further clarify, I am NOT looking at the bidder providing assistance in writing a strategic plan. All I am looking for are pre-written strategic plans, to be used as examples for my project.
