My native language is German. As you can see, I am pretty fluent in English as well, the reason being that my dad is an American.
I usually charge up to $10 per 100 words, depending on the amount of work and the client I work for. For bulk jobs I went down to $4 per 100 words. But for your seven pages, which could go up to 4000+ words, I decided to bid the above amount, due to the prospective future projects.
I hope that you find this acceptable, but in any case contact me with your thoughts. Thank you for your consideration!

P.S. Of course there is no obstacle whatsoever to translate from either one of the two to the other language, for me it's the same.
