I am a professional Report Writing Expert working for the Ministry of Food & Agriculture, Gov of Pakistan, Islamabad. Writing in English is my ambition. I shall charge $2 per article. Following is the specimen of a part of one of my reports: Careful examination of agriculture scenario reveals that possibility of increasing cultivated area and availability of sufficient irrigation water during the next one decade is remote and, therefore, likelihood of horizontal increase in agriculture production is non-existing. However, there is a large scope for increasing food production and income of farmers by vertical increase in farm and crop productivity through better management of farm and crop production. In addition, income diversification interventions at farm level will also enhance income of farmers. The Ministry of Food and Agriculture, therefore, launched several projects aiming to improve different aspects of agriculture production systems. One of these was Special Program for Food Security Program and productivity Enhancement of Small Farmers with holistic approach covering crop, livestock on-farm and off-farm enterprises with the aim to increase farm productivity and income. The objectives of the project are in line with the interventions proposed in MTDF and Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper. The project interventions are skillfully and realistically designed for improving the well-being of the small farmers, however, the progress made so far by the project is not satisfactory because of the external factors that are out of the control of project functionaries. The project is suffering from inadequate release of fund because of financial crunch being faced by the country since the inception of the project. In addition, the project staff could not be hired in three provinces because of ban being imposed by the federal government since April, 2008 on hiring of staff. It would be a challenge for the Government to provide sufficient funds to this wonderful programme during second year of the project so that shortfall could be made up with extra ordinary efforts of the project staff.
