Description

Need a questionnaire for a quick survey among local businesses on a small island (200.000 inhabitants).
I need to get an idea about their views regarding websites for their business. At this moment many don't have a
website and if they have one it looks pretty obsolete.

This questionnaire (1 page only!!) will have a dual function:
- I gather info about the local mentality regarding webdesign
- Will try to offer webdesign services to those that might be interested.

Bid only if you have experience doing this kind of surveys for this topic!
Questionnaire will be filled on printed paper or in word document by email.
