Description: Hello Bidders,
FOr a client, I need a relatively simple business plan that includes all the various elements including:
- IT Infrastructure
- Operations and HR
- Marketing strategy

The client, who is an IT systems integrator wants to setup a small Managed Service Provider (MSP) subsidiary to monitor its customers datacenters, servers, LANs, security, intrusion detection, etc. The usual NOC stuff.

The deliverables will consist of a document that would details out the above as well as details on the tools to use. Also required would be a spreadsheet with the various tabs for equipment costs, staffing plan etc.

This is not a complicated NOC. A very standard corp NOC is quite similar to what needs to get done. If you have any questions, please contact via PM.
