Hi, unfortunately, you are coming across in a little bit of a dictatorship kind of style, yet telling people you're easy to work with. I am a very serious writer but at the same time please note the rates you are offering do not even meet basic proofreading and copywriting payment laws and I am expecting my 1st child in March 2010 and we as writers have to make a living. I do own a media business and value all my customers but you have to be just as flexible in order to attract those quality writers, rather than telling them what they can expect. Much of my service relies on a good working relationship and I would take you seriously if you were a little more respectful rather than blaming good writers for the bad experiences you have had. I am just giving you some advice to help you. On a serious note I would like to negotiate (if you are now open to it) that $10 per 1000 word article is more reasonable, for which you can expect 15 - 20 articles per day.
