I’ve done keyword research on home loan related searches within the Australia and then registered the associated domain names. What I’m looking to do now is create 1 page landing websites around that “keyword”.

Required:
• Substantial research on the Australian mortgage / home loan market
• Create a landing page / sales letter for each of the keywords below:

1. refinance-loan
2. credit-report
3. bad-credit-loan
4. consolidate-debt
5. cash-loan
6. mortgage-rate
7. personal-loan
8. refinance-mortgage
9. bad-credit-mortgage
10. mortgage-lender
11. home-equity-loan
12. second-mortgage
13. adversecreditmortgage
14. consolidation-loan
15. debt-counseling
16. secured-loan
17. online-loan
18. creditdebt
19. refinancing-home-mortgage
20. home-refinancing

For example there is a registered domain http://online-loan.com.au

Deliverables:
• 1 Word document and 1 clean code html file for each keyword
• The content in the 2 files should be identical but just in different format (word /html)

Mandatory:
1. You MUST be familiar with Copywriting and Internet Marketing, SEO and long sales letters
2. You MUST provide me with a link to a sales letter your have previously created (bids without link will be ignored)
3. You MUST be proficient in English… I don’t want to have any spelling/grammar mistakes (unless they are part of the copy)

Notes:
• Please look at the attached sample keyword file… it’s exactly what I’m looking for
• Websites should be persuasive and should motivate the visitor to continue reading down the page
• All the content must be original and be useful to the end user.
• I’ll be trying to rank high on Google so all content and the word structure must be original (I WON”T ACCEPT content that is a just a copy and paste from somewhere else)
• Work will be checked against Copyscape and my own personally developed tools.
• This project can be done on a part-time basis… even 4 sites per week is fine with me. I’m quite happy to structure the payments accordingly.
• While writing the page, you should be using bold, highlighting as required to maximize the affect on the reader
• The target market for all of these sites is Australia (which is almost identical to the US market)
• I would rather pay a bit more for quality than to sit at home and make corrections to the pages.
• I will hold the copyright to any work you produce for me under this project and you may not provide anyone else with the articles you have written for me

Future Work:
• There is plenty of similar work as I have another 50 domains that need landing pages
