Description

I am looking for 50 Quality Inbound Links For a Goal Setting site, Links must be from sites in related field of Goal Setting and with related content.

*Link must be on a PR3 webpage or higher
*No black hat techniques, No cloaking or link farms.
*No spam emails
*Must not target competitors
*I will provide an email account, urls and anchor text
*Link can't have a "nofollow" tag associated with it.
*One way links only.
*No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories
*will not accept Comment links they won't count.
*Each link should be on a unique domain name and unique IP address.
*Only STATIC links, NO Dynamic links.
*Link page must have less then 30 links on the page
*Links must be permanent.
*Link can’t be within a frame or iframe.
*No JavaScript or redirect script.
*All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method - No spam emails
*Link page must have been cached by Google within the last 30 days
*All links should be free and not paid links
* All links must be visible and readable
*Link pages are not more than 3 clicks away from homepage
*NO freely hosted sites (geocities, social-bookmarking, geo-cities, etc)

I will require an excel report with the following info, after all submission have been placed.

- Site Title
- Site URL
- Site PR
- URL of page with link
- URL Page PR
- Anchor Text
- Date Submitted
- Date Accepted

Payment.

I will deposit 50% of winnig bid into escrow which will be released
after links have been submited and excel file sent.

The other 50% will be placed in escrow immidiately after first payment is realeased. 30 days after links have submitted I will check to see if the links are still up. I will then release the remaining 50% in escrow.

This is a new site and ongoing link building is needed, we are looking to establish a long term relationship with the winning bidder.
