7. Be able to TALK over Skype (THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE)

Must submit current work on other websites or directories.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This project has been submitted 4 times now. Previous winners could not seem to communicate with me and i was giving them 4 different options, I would choose a winner and then wait for over a week before even hearing from them.

If you cannot contact me within 3 business days through SKYPE, DO NOT BOTHER TO POST.

If you cannot speak ENGLISH over a FREE communication program like SKYPE then you do not deserve my business.

I am sorry if this post seems harsh but after dealing with lame freelancers that bid and then fail to contact me for weeks i start to get a little annoyed.
