Hi all,

I am looking for an experienced professional to take care of my Business Discussion Forum. I managed to start it quite well but need someone to move it to the more professional level.

1. The person / Team need to be experienced (please provide details of past projects).
2. Should add content to the page by answering existing posts, creating new and so on...
3. Maintain SEO by establishing the key words and positioning them.
4. The site needs PR and targeted traffic useful for adverts also (needs to be stable traffic after project is finalized).
5. Only white hat techniques are allowed, no black hat techniques or illegal way allowed... Please bid only if you have relevant experience in SEO and keyword optimization work plus you must have good and positive feedback on GAF.
6. I'll pay in line with results (we can agree this before the project is started).
7. As this has to be professional SEO, please advise what else could be done (you are the specialist).

Please explain generally the steps you undertake to achieve successful rankings and traffic.
