Hello Everyone,

I need writers who are experienced in writing articles on REAL ESTATE, FORECLOSURES and related topics for my new Australian client. Following are the terms and conditions:

1) Provide high quality articles that are 100% copyscape free. High quality means each paragraph has a meaning and the ideas and concepts are not repeated in that particular article.

2) If you are a writer you will ensure that there are no spelling mistakes, grammar is good and that there is a high degree of speech in the article. It means you actually speak with the readers through your article.

3) This project will include keywords. This means you will give as much knowledge as possible about the subject but ensuring no false information is given.

4) You will meet deadlines whenever required.

5) You will strictly comply with instructions and specifications given.

6) If you are a writer you will not make any excuses. If you are prone to accidents, disease, power failure or any natural/man made disasters please do not bid.

7) All the copyrights of the articles you submit belong to me.You cannot use these articles even as samples in future.

8) Payment is $2 for 400 words article. Please bid for 300 articles. Escrow will not be made. Payment will be made for every 50 articles completed by you.If you have read all the terms and conditions and want to comply with the same mention "hi jack" somewhere in your bid.

9) Send 3 samples of your own writing. Remember quality cannot be compromised.
