I am a professional author, editor and publisher with books, magazines, newspapers, blogs, websites and marketing materials in my portfolio. While I am in the Eastern time zone, your schedule is adaptable as you will have your content by 8 pm Eastern. Plagiarism holds no attraction for me and I can assure you my work is original. My bid is based on five articles of 500 words per day. My samples reside in your private mail box.

Good day, My name is Matthew and I am just starting to establish myself as a freelance writer and I absolutely love it. I have currently been working primarily on Elance but have decided to become a little more three dimensional with my project searches. I have a heavy background in SEO writing and Internet research. I am a fast learner and eager to please. I have no problems meeting deadlines, following guidelines, or correcting anything that is not usable from my article submissions/content. Building long term relationships is one of the many things that appeals to me about this business and I would love a shot at forming a good working relationship with you on this project. Please note I only added the 12 days for the delivery box to get the proposal through as you stated in your posting this is an every day submission and will be paid weekly. I did not think it would matter what I put in that field considering this is an ongoing project. I am from Chicago originally (born and raised 28 years) but now currently reside in Ohio (boo). I have clients from all over the world including several that are based out of LA so the time zone thing is really not an issue for me whatsoever. I know you said you would prefer for the writer to be in your time zone but I am constantly working so there is no issue on my end as far as meeting your daily deadline. :) I love to write and being original is what it's all about for me so plagiarism will never be an issue. I use dustball and dupepro and I have never had a client come back to me and say that any of my articles did not pass through copyscape. I am still new to GAF and I don't see an attachment box to give samples so I am guessing that I will have to submit them on the PMB??.. I will figure it out and get them sent to you right after this is sent. Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal and I hope to hear from you, Matthew P.S. My Elance URL is sgtpepp.elance.com :)

Hello I'm a native English speaker and an experienced freelance journalist who lives and works in Denver, Colorado. So there is only one hour difference between your time zone and mine. This means that would have no trouble responding to your requests everyday. Two samples of my work are posted below. Samples: Golf Communities folds after bankruptcy By Daniel G. Jennings Crittenden Golf Writer Bankrupt Florida based developer Golf Communities of America Inc. (OTCB: CLUB.OB) will cease to exist and its holdings will be sold off under the terms of a reorganization plan approved last Friday by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Arthur B. Briskman in Orlando, Fla. The plan calls for liquidation of the assets of Orlando based Golf Communities, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 1999, according to Denise Dell, an attorney with Akerman Senterfitt, the law firm representing GCA creditors. Dell said four Golf Communities properties, valued at $11 million, will be transferred to a Acommittee of unsecured creditors@ and the five remaining properties, valued at between $55 million and $65 million, will go to the mortgage holder, Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC. Dell=s clients, the unsecured creditors, are a group of vendors and suppliers to whom Golf Communities owed money and a group of European investors to whom GCA owed $14 million to $16 million, Dell said. The reorganization will not be final until a formal plan is drawn up and the judge signs the document, said Credit Suisse First Boston attorney Oscar Cantu of the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Cantu said Wednesday he expects Briskman to approve the plan within a few days. The courses owned by Golf Communities will be managed by Gale & Wentworth Communities Management Group until Briskman signs the plan and they are turned over to Credit Suisse First Boston and the unsecured creditors, Cantu said. The unsecured creditors plan to sell off the four properties they will receive in an attempt to recover their money, Dell said. She identified the properties as two operating courses, Wedgefield Golf & Country Club near Orlando and the Pines in Deltona in Central Florida; Hillcrest Country Club, a 360 lot development in Florida where the course was never built; and Cotton Acres/Cotton Manor, a housing development near St. George, Utah. On Friday, the unsecured creditors will hire a management company to operate the courses and sell them, Dell said. Golf Communities had managed the courses. Three other operating GCA courses, Cutter Sound Golf & Yacht Club in Palm City, Fla., North Shore Country Club in Portland, Texas, and the Plantation at Pinehurst in Pinehurst, N.C., have been transferred to Credit Suisse First Boston, Dell said. Credit Suisse First Boston also got two uncompleted GCA golf developments, Red Hawk International in St. George, Utah, and the Lakes of Arlington in the Dallas Fort Worth suburbs, as part of the deal. Cantu thinks that Credit Suisse First Boston will try to sell these properties quickly in an effort to recoup its losses. He did not know how the bank will sell these properties or how it will manage them in the meantime. Golf Communities of America was formed when Orlando based U.S. Golf Communities merged with Golf Venture Inc. of Salt Lake City, according to the Orlando Sentinel. Golf Communities of America specialized in the acquisition, development, management and marketing of golf communities. The now bankrupt company concentrated on buying up uncompleted golf communities, often in distressed circumstances, and building them out. The golf courses were considered more of an amenity than an income producer. The company=s projects totaled more than 4,000 acres of residential developments and golf courses in south, southwest and central Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Utah. Golf Communities= courses included daily fee, semi private, private and resort operations. In February 1999 the company ran into trouble when Credit Suisse First Boston stopped loaning it money. Golf Communities owed Credit Suisse First Boston around $130 million and the unsecured creditors $20 million to $30 million, Dell said. She estimated the value of Golf Communities assets at $76.6 million. Cantu said the properties transferred to Credit Suisse First Boston were valued at $65 million to $66 million. Dell thinks the amount the unsecured creditors will get from the sale will amount to about 20% to 40% of what Golf Communities owed them. An Akerman Senterfitt spokesman described the Golf Communities case as Aone of the largest bankruptcies ever filed in Central Florida.@ The company=s outstanding debts totaled $160 million at the time of its bankruptcy Attempts to reach Golf Communities executives on Wednesday were unsuccessful. The company=s current attorney, Charles Tatelbaum, was out of the country and unavailable for comment.
