Description: I want someone to send 100,000 emails (opt-in only) to USA and Canada two times per week targeting at least one of the following categories:

1. Moms with children
2. Fathers and mothers
3. Ebook consumers
4. Book buyers
5. Online purchasers

The mailings will go out for example: Sunday send out 100K and on Thursday send out the same 100k list a different message.

This job will be for a long term relation and commitment. We will test results for one month then adjust quantities (increase or decrease) depending on the needs of this project.

I am looking for somebody with great experience in email marketing and who has systems build and developed to send bulk email. ***MUST BE SPAM COMPLIANT***. I want to make sure that the emails reach the destination and not be blocked or go in the spam folder.

You will be paid every two weeks by escrow.

Don't bid if you can't deliver requirements. Please describe and explain your reporting method and how you gathered emails.
