Please read below about my terms before placing bids

Content:
I need more than 30 articles to be written.
We need approximately 5-10 articles a week.
With the article, submit the top 5 keywords related to the article.
With the article, submit a 1 line teaser/summary of the article.


These articles should be minimum 400 words in length, and will be written using keywords/topics which we will provide.

You should submit articles with meaningful titles that reflect the keywords/topics.

You are required to supply the articles yourself and write them in your own words.

We would like you to have a flexible style that could fit with the tone of our website.

Must be all original content, in understandable, easy to follow English.

Articles should contain short paragraphs, rather than a few long ones

Should meet http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.html terms and conditions.

You have to be aware of terms like keywords, word count, keyword density, etc.

Reserve the right to refuse any article (i.e. not pay for an article) that does not pass copyscape/dupecop or is not of good quality as determined by our company.

No plagiarism (Should be original), Check on copyscape.com before sending to me. THIS IS A MUST

Articles must pass our plagiarism check. Please note - if you fail our plagiarism check one time, we will not pay for any articles and will end our business relationship immediately!

If an article is rejected for reasons other than plagiarism, we will not pay for that particular article and you will retain rights to said article. We will only pay for articles that are accepted per our standards.

Articles must be submitted in txt form.

All rights to the articles will pass on to the company when completed and paid for. (You can't use these articles anywhere else.)

To clarify, all articles will be ghostwritten for the company and you will not be allowed to use it or publish it online under your name. All rights of the articles will belong to the company.

We reserve the right to refuse if you do not follow our of terms


Payment:

Will be made in full upon submission of articles completed to standards applied here and within.
Payments will be made via PayPal.

Note: We will not pay just because you have written articles. We will verify your article (within 72 hrs) before paying you and if we find any problem in your article, we will notify you to give you the opportunity to fix it.

We do not offer up front or partial payments period, please do not ask.

If awarded work, you (article writer) are providing “work made for hire”. In other words, the buyer and only the buyer will own the copyright and all rights to the work. You may not publish the work in any way. Please do not apply unless you agree to this stipulation.

You will receive $1.00 per accepted rewrite/written. ($30.00 for 30 accepted articles)

(1) Will you be able to provide a timeline I can count on?
(2) What is your specific experience in this area?

Bidders contacting without samples will be ignored.

This is not a one time offer! We will need regular writers.
