Communications - interviewing, editing, public relations, human resources, etc. I am proefficient in typewriting, english (both language and literature), italian and mathematics. Hi Sir / Madam, Nice to see your bid. I have gone through the sample document. Sorry to say that the document is a bit substandard. There are no TOC and index, starting of the document is not very effective, title page is not impressive, the header & footer is quite awkward. Also a lot of work has to be done on the narration and organization of text in paragraphs. I have already experience in documentation. 3 years back, I designed a manual for the software of my office, I edited and proof read the bidding documents of my office quite frequently and I also edited and updated the ISO Documents of the ICT Department of my office. I am sure that you will consider me for this job. Regards. Here is the paragraph that you asked to rewrite in my own words. "We will provide you a consultant for the site. He will study the system thoroughly by looking into the details of the application. He will follow the whole system from Systems Analysis to the source code, up to the implementation phase. He will prepare a standard document of the system life cycle of the application."
