We are looking for a Full Time "Multi skilled" virtual assistant.



Terms and Conditions:

* You MUST be living in Philippines
* Must have your own PC and Broadband connection
* Paid by Paypal (F/N or monthly basis).
* Compensation at $10,000 to $18,000 PHP for a month depending on experience and qualifications.
* Working hours will be same as philippines (but very flexible)
* Working hours : 8 hours a day , 5 days a week (flexible)
* One month trial, leading into ongoing fulltime work if successful




Requirements (Must have):

1. English - must be able to write and communicate in excellent English.

2. Proactive and self motovated (IMPORTANT)

3. Flexible (expected to take on new skills and learn new tools.)

4. Copywriting and be able to write new product reviews and articles for web content (must know the importance of KEYWORDS / SEO optimized)

5. Experience of Sales letters, Copywritings

6. Expected to perform in market research (SEO, marketing)

7. Launch new Marketing campaigns
- Design new marketing / advertising materials
- Work alongside our SEO guy to help market our site

8. Sourcing new (potential) client contact details (web based data collection)

9. Email management and reply / Faxing marketing material

10.Experienced in online and web related tasks such as ~
- Forum posting
- Blog posting
- Article submission
- Backlink building
- Social bookmarking
- Upload new content to site

November 2, 2009 Project: Part A: Having all the required hardware and software for the project. To date I have the following requirements for part A which includes a working HP dual core PC, A PLDT DSL broadband (line) modem and active account, verizon router and voip account which can receive and call out to the United States and Canada, a working Windows XP (Operating System), Microsoft Office 2003 application, a usb noise reducing headset and a yahoo messenger account. This completes day 1 Part B. Required trainings and software (downloadable or not)from the employer. As any employer who uses a computer specially those connected to the internet have pools of customers, there must always be a database which is supported by either softwares or hardwares which requires access, Permission or account set up must be provided to the the Virtual assistant. In addition basic training must be provided by the employer so that the Full Time "Multi skilled" virtual assistant can easily grasp the facets of the business. This completes day 2 and 3 Part C: Multitasking documentation and the core of the job As any agent hired to multitask, it takes patience, perseverance, positive attitude and honesty to complete daily tasks. And as an experienced Call Center Agent one must learn time management, attention to details and discipline to make ends meet for the employer, customer and the virtual assistant. All of these are not learned thru trainings but thru experience from top caliber Call Centers. I believe I have all of these virtues to meet your requirements below: 1. My learnings from these centers has honed me to be a good, listener, attentive to details, courteous, the positive attitude, respect for all people and having to emphatize. Not to mention good command of the enlish language spoken and written. I also had numerous hardware and software trainings. (Dell Desktop and laptop hardware and systems training, Verizon Basic Network Troubleshooting, Windows Vista O.S training. All of these learnings and trainings I used to set up my own Internet Gaming and Cafe.I handled the marketing and advertising such as creating business letters for potential computer buyers, creating ads for perks and promos, designing tarpaulin ads, creating flyers and marketing thru customer experience and word of mouth. I believe that these skills and the company's training for continous improvement will help me venture into this home based Virtual Assitant project as well as give customers total customer satisfaction at every point of contact. This is for day 4 or should I say production My bid for this job is $ 300.00 I am available for interview between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 9:00pm - 2:00am My prefered working hours is from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. But will be very flexible once hired even for a month As a contingency measure I plan to work more than 8 hours a day to complete all these tasks. I know it will require reviews and analysis.
