Description: im in need of a responsible freelance technical writer with experience, he or she will be responsible for creating a user manual for a flash-based video conference / collaboration / project management system - accuracy and speed are key - bid with samples of work, the project budget will be upgraded as needed, im looking for an immediate start and the freelancer will be avaiable all week on MSN or Yahoo and provide daily updates and will be paid via escrow only on completion and delivery -- this is an estimated 2 man-week job if the freelancer works only on this job during the two specified weeks.

hello everybody,

a. when you make your bid please also attach atleast one sample of a recent user manual you have written, i dont want to read your person blog.

b. please be prompt with your reponses, this job is a urgent job and so delays are un-welcome and will not be tolerated

c. so far, the response has been disappointing, i guess all the money-grab-and-run types have stayed away and thats ok, but 3 bids and only one of them even close to that i need isnt exactly the reponse i was hoping for --

so unless there is fresh blood immediately (or the old one moves the body) im going to have to close bidding early and go off looking for professionals elsewhere,
