This is a 3-month assignment for serious bidders only. (This is to be followed up with 2 very large assignments starting February 2009; but your being selected for the current assignment does not automatically entitle you to stake a claim to the two other assignments).



1. Please bid if:

a) You have at least 16 years of formal education,

b) English is your native language,

c) Your command over English is good enough to result in flawless documents
- flawless, structurally, grammatically and punctuation-wise,

d) You take pride in 'putting your signature' on whatever you create,

e) You are good at the advanced features of MS-Word
- good enough to create well-crafted deliverables,

f) You have the ability to research on the Internet as well as study documents that I will provide and

g) Create documents that reflect your own understanding of the subject at hand (and not a copy-paste of available material). Please stay away from plagiarism to ensure that I pay you beyond the first article. If I detect plagiarism on your part, be sure I will never again bother you with any assignment.

(If you are not very good at creating well-crafted documents but can do the necessary research, I will pay you for that work and get another person to put the matter in a well-formatted document).



2. For bidding:

a) You need to indicate at most 5 subjects (areas of interest) in which you are most comfortable researching and writing.

b) You need to indicate your (local) time-zone and also your normal/natural working hours with respect to that time-zone.

c) You need to have a stable and clean power supply and a high-speed Internet connection.

d) You need to have a personal e-mail address which you access several times each day and indicate it to me as soon as I take you on board, (Please do not include your e-mail address in your bid and also not until you have been selected for this assignment).

e) You need to indicate at what time(s) during your working hours I can expect you to be on either Skype or GoogleTalk and indicate your ID to me as soon as I take you on board, (Please do not include your Skype or GoogleTalk ID in your bid and also not until you have been selected for this assignment).

f) You should be prepared to accept each assignment only if you agree to i) The payment terms, ii) The delivery schedule and iii) Any other assignment-specific requirements that will be made known to you up-front (before you accept it).

g) You agree to a penalty of 150% of the payment agreed upon for any given assignment in case you fail to deliver on time,

h) You need to have a PayPal account and indicate the ID to me as soon as I take you on board, (Please do not include your PayPal ID in your bid and also not until you have been selected for this assignment).

i) You agree to start with a lower amount, something like $2 for every 500 words, and work your way upwards to $3 or more depending on your profeciency (quality) and timeliness. (During the course of this assignment, I will increase your rate depending, as I said, on your profeciency (quality) and timeliness and I will pay you at the increased rate even for the work you did earlier provided I find that you been good from the beginning and agreed to a lower rate only to get started).

j) You need to indicate how many 500-word articles you can complete per week (taking into consideration the fact that you will also have to research on the Internet and/or study the documents that I give you).

k) You will quote for 20 articles of 500 words each. I am not inclined to pick someone just because the bid was the lowest.


By placing a bid, you are confirming that you have read and understood the details mentioned above and that you agree to all of them. (I am not open to negotiations after accepting your bid).
