Description

I need someone to search the internet (or other sources) and provide me with 20 specific recipes for shrimp (or prawn) dishes.

Working from a list of recipe requirements which I will provide, you will first deliver a list of web URLs (or scanned documents) which contain the recipes which you propose to rewrite. Once the original recipes are approved you will take the next step.

The recipes will be rewritten to conform to the following requirements.

1) The rewritten recipe will be noticeably different from the original.

2) The recipe will begin with a brief description of the recipe, and include some additional interesting information about the shrimp, the ingredients, and/or the history of the recipe, or the area where it originates.

3) The ingredients will show both US and metric measurements. (I will provide a calculator to help in the conversions.)


I expect this to be an on going project with additional recipes being assigned beyond the 20 on which you'll bid. The amount you bid now together with the results we experience will establish a base price on which further recipes will be paid.

To the best of my knowlege all the recipes in the initial listing should be avaialble on the internet.

NOTE: The person doing this project will be expected to have sufficient knowlege and experience to distinguish between good recipes and bad ones when considering ingredients, utensils, and preparation methods.
