Description:	I need an urgent editing and addition in a dissertation. The topic is "the theory of image indexing to taking in flickr". You will be provided with the draft report and all the helping matter. You need to refine, modefy and add to the dissertation to make it as good as possible. The final dissertation should look like a ready-made report (provided by me) Thr draft report and proposal together makes about 45 pages. You have to make the dissertation of about 55-58 pages.
