Description: I need a backgrounder to be written - information available, just need you to check out the websites and articles I provide and hash it together. The subject is on inter government bilateral trade and cooperation with focus on a specific programme that has just concluded. The deadline is Wednesday afternoon GMT+8.

After that I will need you to post the press release online (I will provide the press release) to all the relevant business sites, govt sites - free as well as paid subscription sites so you should have some like PRWeb, etc. You will have to send me the links of all the sites you've posted the press release on. This has to be done on the following Monday 10 December 2007.

Then I require you to monitor all sites and a few more which I will provide for about a week and send me the links to all the sites which carried the news / press release.

I don't have too much budget. Please bid below $30. Please bid only if you can definitely make the deadline to write the backgrounder.
