Description

We need a training manual for our volunteers for the National Cherry Festival (www.cherryfestival.org). The manual should have information in it about the cherry industry, benefits of cherries, how to greet visitor, what uniform to wear, report on time for assignments, rules (if driving a vehicle), definition of terms and types of volunteers, ethics, code of conduct, drug/alcohol free workplace, and other items that help a volunteer understand what they are asked to do. This will be about 12-15 pages and will be available only online on our website. I will assist the author with locations of the data, but author will need to find some examples of other volunteer training manuals that we can use as models. Payment will will 50% on submission of first draft, 50% on final.
