Description:	I am looking for a long-term relationship with good writers. I have the need for a Real Estate writer. I need articles written no more than 350-400 words on various topics regarding Real Estate. I need this every month to start with I need 70 articles. Some will be key word rich and some will be for a blog. These are very easy to do if you know ANYTHING about Real Estate. I can give you ideas and I can give you topics if you need them. I need these in 1 week after accepting the bid and am willing to pay $5 per article. If things work well I can raise this to $6 per article. I have sample if you need direction. I do not want ANYONE that has bid with me before to do so. Apparently I would have already chosen you. Please do not waste my time, I need original CONTENT!!! I will be choosing someone no later than the end of the month. Samples of YOUR writing are what I want to see. NOT someone else. I would rather have AMERICAN/UK writers. There are plenty of people out there that consider themselves good writers... I am picky therefore do not take it personally if I do not choose you. Most I have noticed on GAF disappear therefore keep in mind the sooner I get your samples back the faster I will choose a provider. I would like to start this project before the end of the month. 02/26/2008 at 10:26 EST: Please do not bid if you cannot complete the work in 15 days. I do not want to waste my time sending you article samples, with direction only to have you become a "prima donna" and tell me you are going to pass. People this is easy work, you can write 5 articles in 2 hours (350 word count) and finish this with plenty of time.
