I am looking for a Person how does reseach and conducts a Research Report/Executive Research Report about the actual Real Esate Situation in:

- Dubai Marina
- Dubai Palm Jumeirah
- Dubai itself

The Person has to be familiar with the market in Dubai and with the Report research stile (got a track reccord of research activities).
The data has to be recent and worked in a visual form with graphiks etc (selling data, projected data, revenues etc.)
