Description

To develop business model of measuring the corporate health of a company on fiancial (financial ratios, cash flow analysis etc) and non-quantifiable parameters such as job attrition, incompetent management, brand equity etc. These are mainly non financial factors. The financial factors such as sales, margins and expenses are measured in the financial statements and balance sheets. However, by the time the financial numbers show red, the company is very sick. I am trying to also develop a model of non financial numbers which may give better warning signs than the financial ones. We need both financial and non-financial paramters. Therefore, need to do the following:
1. Identify the non financial factors such as job attrition, brand equity, poor controls etc
2 develop the right questions to ask the respondent
3 benchmark against other available models for correlation
4 identify the key financial parameters to give the warning that things are not well financially with the company
5 develop a model that is applicable across verious industry

This is expected to be a 200 pagesx400 words handbook
