Hello, I have chosen to focus on my other project. I need about 4-6 pages(this is just part of a total 15-20 page paper). I have a paper to write on Costco Entering the German Market. I have the outline of how I want the paper to be written and some graphs to use as a reference about the bad conditions in US retail market/economy.

The focus of this will be to provide Reasons to Move into German Market for the Costco company(about 3-4 pages) and also Staffing, Recruitment, and Selection Process in Germany.

First part of the paper will be about Reasons to move out of US and the political/economic situation in the US causing this. Also mention the Competitors.

Since about 80% of their business revenue comes from the US, we want to move Costco into Germany to diversify our risk and not be dependent on a single country's economy.


Second part of the paper will be about the Staffing, Recruitment, and Selection Process in Germany. This is section IV in the outline.
