Description
We are looking for long term quality writers for our long list of projects and blogs.We are looking for both individuals as well as team of writers for our projects around various subjects, including real estate, business, investing, economic, entertainment, lifestyle, luxury homes buying, etc. International Real Estate articles are good as well. English speaking citizens is the audience.
Please mention the following in the PMB.
1. No. Of Articles you can provide per day, week or month along with timeframes.
2. Expertise: Finance, Real Estate, Tech, Investing, Ebooks etc.
3. Rates for your work
a. Unique Article of 250 words, 500 words and 800 words and 1000 words respectively.
c. Ebooks of approx 50 pages.

Individuals, Teams or small bands of writers that can help support our blogs and news content around real estate news, investing and buying are greatly preferred. I truly respect the craft of writing because I am a writer; please do not forget to attach the relevant samples of the mentioned expertise to further allow us to shortlist writing samples in the right perspective.
1. This is an ongoing project for high quality & unique articles (i.e. free from plagiarism and new content never before used)
2. The articles must be written based on the provided key phrase and title
3. The articles are to be written in "you orientated" form
4. Articles must provide enough information / advice (consultative / pre-selling incline) to get enough points across without giving everything away
5. Content of articles is such that after reading the article, reader still wants to know more on the topic. Purpose is to get the reader curious / interested enough to click the URL in the author's resource box after reading the article.
6. Articles could be reviews on specified products
9. Articles must be acceptable for submission to EzineArticles which must take into account restrictions such as keyword / keyphrase frequency limits [presently brand name or phrases (2 words of more) cannot appear more than 5 times in article] etc.
All articles must be reviewed before delivery to make sure they meet the editorial guidelines and standards, and are free of spelling and/or grammar errors. Please prepare all articles for submission to blogs, a team of writers would be good, however quality is the most important.
2. We prefer native English writers but if your English is fluent and error free it is ok.
There are different but recurring topics in various niches (real estate, health, finance, lifestyle, entertainment, recreation etc.). No prior knowledge in these niches is required in order to write these articles. You will get a list of keywords, 1 keyword per article. You are free to write about whatever you want as long as the article content matches the keyword. The keyword will be used in the title, so the article should be about it. However, do not use the keyword in the article too often, no keyword stuffing, and no SEO writing. Just write natural and take the time to get it right.
3. You must write all articles yourself. No computer generated stuff, not copying from other sources, 100% original. This is very important. We check all articles with copyscape and other databases and if you fail to deliver original self-written articles then our agreement is terminated immediately without payment for these articles.
Article format: Each article has to be delivered as plain .txt file without any formatting other than paragraphs. No hard line breaks. Please remove special characters and all needless spaces and line breaks between or at the end of the article. Please run a spell-checker before you submit the article.

5. Legal stuff: we have full solely ownership and copyright of all writings. You are not allowed to re-use the articles in any form. You represent that, except with respect to material furnished to you by me, you are the sole author of the writings and all of your services are original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work. The writings contributed by you hereunder shall be considered a "writings made for hire" as defined by the copyright laws of the United States. we shall be the sole and exclusive owner and copyright proprietor of all rights and title in and to the results and proceeds of your services hereunder in whatever stage of completion. If for any reason the results and proceeds of your services hereunder are determined at any time not to be a "writings made for hire", you hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to me all right, title and interest therein, including all copyrights, as well as all renewals and extensions thereto. You agree that we may make any changes or additions to the writings prepared by you, which we in our sole discretion may consider necessary, and may engage others to do any or all of the foregoing, with or without attribution to you. You further agree to waive any so-called moral rights in the writings.
