Description

Hi Fellow bidders,

I need to have a book on fundamentals of buying and selling a company for my client (approx. 100 pages). Basically this book will act as a primer and will highlight the essentials and fundamentals in buying and selling a company.

The targets are the business brokers, business owners, mergers and acquisitions, managers.

This project needs a perfect combination of "research" and "writing skills", so if you are the one just contact me instantly with rough outlines/tentative TOC. I will choose a winner from the first 5 bidders only. So earlier the better. Lots of opportunities for the winning bidder in the future.
