Description: I have a lady relative who has her name wrongfully mentionned on several websites.

You need to write a proper letter of taking juridical action if they don't remove her name. This letter will be mailed to them by the lady herself.

It will be mentionned in the letter that this initial letter is sent by the lady herself on advice of her lawyer. No costs attached.
But from the moment they refuse to comply the full initial costs will be billed to them in case court judges in her favor.

I don't think they will complicate the issue as it are website comments older than 9 months. Also they could check and see written stuff is wrong.
