hi
i live in france,i want make a webstore,for the payment ,i want use google checkout.
as i see,google checkout seller need to virfy bank account.only accepte US and UK bank account.i have no US or UK bank account.
any one can tell me how to open a LEGAL US or UK bank account.The provider will have to help me apply and successfully obtain the US or UK bank account.
Payment will be done via escrow and approved once account has been obtained.

This is a easy project for a provider who has done this before.
