We are looking for highly experienced ZenCart programmer / Data entry person. That knows ZenCart!!!
So here is what we am looking to do:

This is will in different stages:

Stage 1: Setup of Excel Spreadsheet with Necessary Data

Step 1: We have put together an excel spreadsheet which includes a name along with an associated city and team. (See Book 1)You would need to examine two websites which you will be provided for a test to see if you are interested to find (1) "Years Played" for a team, (2) "Jersey Number", (3) "Postion 1 and Position 2 - if there is one". (See Book 1)

Step 2: I will send you a large file which includes photos and photo numbers which are broken down by team name and player name. You will insert additional lines for a player when more than one picture is available until all the pictures are covered. You will then classify each picture according to our list (approximately 10 different categories) and then put a number down for the picture of the same person and same category. Classify a picture as vertical or horizontal and lastly whether it is color or black & white. (See Book 2 - for completed for one team)

Step 3: Send this file for me to add the Extra 1 and 2 fields.

Stage 2: Product input 6500 items into Zencart Computer related Online store.

Step 1: Upload these files to my website with all the associated information (you can clone all the products but need to change the product information - which will be provided by a mail merge between the excel spreadsheet and a word document that I will provide.

Step 2: You will also need to upload the photo to the website for each picture.

Stage 3: Input the same items into Ebay for Sale on my ebay Store

1. Products will be input manually in Zen Cart for all products but the clone feature can be used as long as category is changed along with information and new photo is uploaded.

You will need to verify manually all items are showing correctly and make any necessary corrections.

2. An individual Zencart programmer / Data entry person is preferred.(NO COMPANYS)

3. Person must be available more than 4 hrs a day!

4. Our every question / email must be answered within 1Hr during working hrs.

We are hopeful we can find that 1 special ZenCart programmer / Data entry person here at GAF! We would like to hire for a permanent position in our company for ongoing work. This is just one aspect. IF a good job is done, we will provide additional projects for the same website with the same amount of items for about 3-4 more categories making a total of about 30K products.

Payment will be made as follows:
20% after the Stage 1 Step 1
50% after Stage 1 Step 2
75% after 1/2 upload is completed properly
final payment entire project complete.

Please make 2 bids for stage 1 (input) and stage 2 (upload).

Stage 3 will be available for the winner - please provide pricing to do so in this quote.
