Description

I am after someone to create some meal plans and 50 recipes for health conscious people.

I will provide you with examples of the meal plans and recipes I'm after, you'll just have to produce similar ones.

For the meal plans, I'll need 3 different types: general, low carb and a mixture of both. Each of these 3 plans will require a 5 day menu. They will also require breakdowns of macronutrients and overall calories.

Please let me know if you have any experience with bodybuilding/fitness/weight loss etc as this will be helpful.

You will also need to be contactable via msn messenger/skype and be online regularly.

The winner will get more work in the future, so keep that in mind when bidding.

$30 for a full day's three course diet schedule, thus $30 * 5 = $150 I've never done this before but i have experince in writing diet for my hypertensive dad and friends that want to lose weight i can as well do it for money! I did food and nutrition in school and got lots of experience from my close friend who is a dietician and cooking is a hobby. Five days diet schedule is piece of cake if you know what i mean. I can send you a free one day three course meal diet schedule if you want.
