Easy Straight Forward Project-Article Writter

You must have first-rate English comprehension and writting skills.

I am looking to have a new project completed. I'd like to write 2 paragrahps in the format below. How much would you charge for something like this?

Basically, the writter would write a paraphraph of text and take sentences from it and
reformat them like this adding words that fit the sentece.

Original Sentence:
Product is the best VOIP service in the US.
Rewritten Sentence:
“ProductX is the {{best:premeir:first-rate}} VOIP service in the {{US: USA: United State}}.”

You will have to use a program I currently have when formating things.
