Description

We are looking for a writer to write 20 short articles (minimum 400 words long) 10 about property management – this should be done in a certain format (for example – 5 fact about property management, 10 things you didn't know about property management, 6 cool new technology developments in property management) and another 10 (of the same nature) about New York City. Any previous experience in this kind of writing will be welcome.


The articles should be 100% original non duplicate, pass copy scape and be unique, written in proper English (spelling and grammar), the post should be interesting to read and should make sense.

No keyword abuse and each post should have a minimum of 5 paragraphs. This is a light writing task, it involves only light research.

The articles should be delivered as agreed when negotiated, payment will be sent only once all articles have been checked for originality, style, spelling and all articles must follow the standard form we will provide.

All articles will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights of the articles upon payment.
