The data gathering project is to browse 48 Websites

On our website, we intend to offer icons. Clicking on these icons will produce either a PDF form or HTML page that offers more information. The categories of information are:

About
Environmental Policies

About to us means more information about the company. It may simple be on a page called “About Us” or it could be harder and be on a page like “History”, “Company Info”, or numerous other names but essentially this information is what a consumer might want to know about a manufacturer.

Environmental Policies
This information about the environmental policies. This may be much harder to find and it may be apart of other pages on their web site. There may be many different names like “Green” “Earth Friendly” etc. What we hope you will gather is information the consumer might wish about the companies environmental policies

We expect you to cut and paste the information from the attached list you worked from before. You would cut and paste each into a MS Word file. You can name the files in anyway that is easy but it might be something like:

For about: about_manufacturers_name.doc (as an example)
For environmental: green_ manufacturers_name.doc (as an example)

You should include images where possible.
