Being a fitness trainer, over the past few decades I've seen quite a few new mothers join the gym in an effort to regain their figure after childbirth. God bless them for working at getting back in shape. But, my friends and I observed an all too common phenomena which could have made their recoveries so much easier had they avoided it. They were eating way too many calories from nutritionally void junk foods! We saw this scenario in the gym so often that we began to refer to this as a weight gain pregnancy.

As a trainer, I have witnessed several trends, but the one that stood out most to me was the number of new mothers that have been acquiring gym memberships. These women have joined in an effort to reclaim their pre-pregnancy figures. In a conversation with a group of my peers, we all noticed that these women all could have made their efforts a tad bit easier if they just cut the junk food from their diets and ate healthier. These women, who have been piling on the calories during pregnancy have yet to begin reducing their caloric intake and are therefore defeating themselves. My peers and I have decided to call this a pregnancy of weight gain.

I am fast, accurate and reliable. Please give me the chance to prove it. Here is the sample of the rewerite you issued: Since I am a fitness trainer I have seen in the last few decades, quite a few new mothers join the gym to recreate their figure better than it was before childbirth. They should be blessed by God for the work they put in to get back into shape. However, my friends and I observed something that we have referred to as a weight gain pregnancy and that is the many calories involved with nutritionally void junk food was being eaten and should have been avoided instead.

One of the trends I have seen over the last 20 years as a personal trainer is an increase in the number of new moms getting gym memberships. While they may work hard in the gym, they don't always eat right and avoid junk food. Unfortunately, despite all their hard work, this may lead to what my friends and I call a weight gain pregnancy.

Do you want to know the secret to loosing weight and keeping it off after birth? I am a qualified fitness trainer with decades of experience dealing with mothers who have committed themselves to the gym in the hopes of loosing those extra pounds. What I've learned was so simple anyone can do it. What does the phrase "eating for two" mean to you? Well, to me it means 9 months of training your stomach to stretch itself, eating whatever you crave regardless of your daily calorie intake or nutritional value. I've personally witnessed desperate mothers work themselves into overdrive and continue to gain weight or loose a little and gain it all back and more. Successful weight loss after birth means avoiding high calorie foods, practicing healthy eating habits and exercise...that is the secret, I told you it was simple. A few minor adjustments to a woman's life after a long journey of major bodily changes can give her the physique that she deserves and dreams of. Over the past few decadesbeing a fitness trainer I have seen quite a few new mothers join the gym in an effort to regain their figure after childbirth. My friends and I have observed an all to common phenomena which could have made their recovery so much quicker and easier if they had avoided it. They were taking in way to many calories by eating nutritionally void the junk foods. We saw this so frequently in the gym we often refered to this as a weight gain pregnancy.

Over the past 20 years, I have observed a number of new mothers efforts to regain their pre-childbirth weight. However, other fitness trainers and I observed all of them making a common mistake which was consuming high caloric junk food to replace the calories they had burned in exercise. Other fitness trainers and I have witnessed this phenomena so often that we refer to it as a weight gain pregnancy.

Here is my rewritten version of the article: What new mothers should know before going to the gym. I am a fitness trainer, and I have seen many new mothers join the gym and work extremely hard to loose weight and get back into shape. But Mothers out there, their is a way to loose weight faster without putting in so much energy at the gym. Stay away from junk food! These foods give you way too many calories with no nutrition. We have seen this issue with so many women we labled it as a weight gain pregnancy.

Hi, I am interested in this project. My English Level is advanced. Strictly speaking, my nationality is Indian, but specifically I am Anglo-Indian, therefore a native English speaker. I enjoy writing. I dabble in poetry and used to contribute to my company's newsletter. (Am now a stay at home mom) Here's my version of the passage to be rewritten: "I am a fitness trainer in a gym and have observed that several new mothers enrol there, eager to regain their pre-baby figure. While I wish them well, I observe nevertheless that their progress is impeded by what my friends and I observed as a common phenomenon - overloading on calories from nutritively deficit junk foods! This phenomenon was so common in the gym that we actually named it the weight gain pregnancy."
