I need to find someone who can develop from a spec. (46 pages) an interactive fantasy football application.I need this to be on a fixed price basis AND I need to know how long this will take.
PLEASE read the spec before bidding; I'm posting on multiple sites and am fed up with "whitewash" bids of silly amounts where it's clear the spec has NOT been read!
