Description

I need a Cold Fusion Function that will change the output of the attached wikipedia.txt into http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autism

This is must be done on the fly.
It must be in a Cold Fusion File (cfm) or CFC cold fusion component.
I dont mind if it is Custom Tag (either Java or C++).

It must be very fast.

I have attached my sample of a failed attempt at this code.
