Description:	We have an existing simple flat website and a shopping cart for several products hosted at a major commercial ISP. ========== We are looking to a add a password protected private customer section for exsiting customers driven by a hosted MySQL database. ========== The project consists of writing basic customer web interfaces that are driven from the database to access and modify customer information (such as mailing address, etc.) by filling out web forms. There are forms for customers and forms for administrators with additional fields. Positing data to web forms will add or change entries in the database. The project involves creating new MySQL (1) Customer and (2) Administrator databases from the list of fields that we provide; designing approximately 12 new entry screens that should match the existing look-and-feel, writing the code and attaching it to the MySQL database. Some screens are lengthy as we collect approximately 100 data fields on each customer. Programmers should be web design experts, experts at utilizing Cold Fusion or similar tools, and highly experianced with MySQL on a hosted web environment. We are realistic and not in a rush - however bidders must begin right away and be prepared to show initial progress without delay. The site is hosted on GoDaddy, experiance with using MySQL 4.1 or 5.0 on the Godaddy ISP is preferred (but not necessary).
