We are looking for a project planning solution that incorporates all the following;

Project Planning
Customer Relationship Management
Support Tickets
Timesheets

If you take a look at StreamTime (previewstreamtime.com) you will have a pretty good idea of the scope of the project.

This is a trial project and there is plenty of other work that we want to outsource so if you can provide a top quality job then there will be plenty of additional work in the pipeline.

We are a ColdFusion and Ruby development house that will take the work and modify it inhouse, so we are expecting good quality robust code.

Not really sure as to the value of this work, so feel free to bid whatever you think you need to be able to complete the work to a high standard.
