Hi,

We are looking for someone to re design the overseas property section of our website. The new design needs to list all the properties we sell just like this page. http://www.caribbeanpropertyforsale.co.uk/properties.html

We then need each property to link through to another page showing more details which will include lots of pictures of the properties and further details. Something like this page http://www.caribbeanpropertyforsale.co.uk/merrick-barbados.html

We need this part of the site to look exciting and use the pictures to good use and show off the properties we are selling in the best possible light using some flash design work if need be. You will be provided with all the pictures/jpegs. We are trying to sell the properties so we really need to highlight the deal offered. Designers need to be aware that we would like to be able to update pages as and when we add new overseas properties. Pages also need to be designed with SEO in mind leaving room for us to add text.

Please could you take a look at the websites shown to get an idea of what needs to be done. Could you also show any previous work so as we can compare. The winning bid will be the person who can offer the best price for the most exciting and well designed layout for this section of our site.
