Description:	Seeking an experienced Web Designer who is capable of building, designing, and coding complete, professional web sites and has the ability to integrate a unique style and artist’s eye to the design. Applicants need solid HTML skills, proficiency in Adobe/Macromedia Suite, Dreamweaver, and other web design tools and experience in development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Flash, Actionscript and Swift3D. SITE FUNCTIONALITY: User account system - Login & register function for forums, voting and posting comments. (Integrated polling systems) File sharing Blog Forum / Classified ad Email Blasting/bulk mail Bookmarking Movie and music download functions Friend invite through address book retrieval personal email like Msn, yahoo, google and etc Shopping with payment gateway (credit card & paypal) Video posting Search functions Technical skills required: - PHP 5, MySQL - Adobe/Macromedia Suite - Flash CS3 - Actionscript - HTML - Dreamweaver * Cold Fusion * Audio Services * Video Streaming - Must be able to work from home.
