Description: I need to run a web site similar to getafreelancer or elance.com with all their features. i.e, private message board (PMB), bids management, payment system management and all other features. There are some modification which is a MUST and others which is OPTIONAL or STRONGLY PREFERABLE
The MUST:
(1) The Site & PMB (Personal Message Board) to be compatible with unicode (Arabic in particular),
The OPTIONAL or STRONGLY PREFERABLE:
(2) Database using Filemaker software,
(3) The whole site can run and managed using Macintosh OS X

The site have to be reliable and easy to navigate.
