Philosophy eBook needs editing

I have written a 30,000 word ebook covering the basic topics in Philosophy in an easy-to-understand way. It is designed to be read by freshmen Philosophy students as a study aid, or by anyone who is interested in Philosophy but has never studied it before. The copy is complete, but I need someone to make it snazzy! I need it to be edited for style mostly, but I will also accept suggestions for content, etc. I need a few black and white pictures and diagrams in addition to those I already have, and there is information in text-boxes that I need to look more attractive. This book absorbed all of my time, energy and resources for half a year, and I want someone to do it justice. I am going to charge a low price for it, but I want it to be more than worth the money. I will pay a flat fee for this, plus a "mystery bonus" based on the quality of the finished product. My budget is quite small, but I am prepared to make a good effort worth your while. I need the book returned in both .doc and .pdf forms. This book deals with difficult philosophical issues, and so only those with formal education or extensive informal reading in Philosophy need bid. Show me your credentials, and then name your price. I want someone who understands the issues I talk about in my book and can offer meaningful suggestions. It goes without saying that you must have the rights to use any illustrations or graphics you put in the book. I do not need a cover designed.
