We need a warranty that no copyright apply or are pending on the project deliver.

You will have to warranty that we are solely the owner of the copyrights of this product. Source codes will be transferred to us.

Fees will be transfer to an escrow agent . no money will be send before completion . Also you will have to garanty your work and offer support for the first 3 months at no charge.
