Description

I am looking for a unique table-less web design based on HTML and CSS that will be used for a handyman/small construction business.

The design should be clean, easy to navigate, have some color in it and allow for me to create a basic 5-11 page site (About Us, Home Guarantees, Services, Carreers, Contact) and 5 or 6 blank pages for future modification. I don't want any flash, widgets or animation. The page should have a numerous relevant graphics, such as hand-tools, ladder, supplies, kitchen, bath, fence, roofs, doors, windows etc. All text in your design, such as nav tool, headers and titles, should be HTML text, positioned by CSS, so that I can edit them in an HTML editor.

Auto responder for news letter, give feed back, request a service, and other promotional announcements.
After the design is complete I want to be able to use MSfrontpage to make changes with out a lot of fan fare, or be able to call you to make a change to my template.

I am interested in a simple template system like the one found on http://www.handyman-network.com/index.asp?pageID=15

Thanks for your considerations.
