Description

Requirements for PSD to XHTML

W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup.
Compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand and Optimized CSS.
This will be converted to a ModX CMS so we need the buttons to be coded not as images, but in html
We do not want the links to do anywhere.
We will need this done in 24 hours.
