Description

I have a mini system: several pages written in PHP
The pages will be made of several parts - like header.php, footer.php etc

I have a second mini system which has a specific look and feel

I want the first system to be made to look like the second

I will give you all the files to look at
ALL I need changing is the look and feel - the interface
The coding of the system must remain the same

You won't be able to check and see if the system looks OK and is exactly how it should be
You will have to do the work and give me the files to test

The budget for the project is $30
